You may not reverse-engineer, duplicate, or misuse any part of the Service.

6. Subscription and Payment

The Service is offered on a subscription basis, billed monthly or annually as selected during registration.
Fees are non-refundable, except as outlined under the “Refund Policy.”
Staysignal reserves the right to adjust pricing with 30 days’ notice.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-days money-back guarantee. Not happy with the service? Reach out and we’ll issue a refund within 30 days of the date of registration.
No refunds will be provided for unused portions of the subscription period.

8. Data Collection and Processing

By using the Service, you grant Staysignal the right to process your customer feedback data to provide insights and predictions.
We do not claim ownership of your data, but you grant us a license to use it solely for delivering the Service.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to Staysignal, including software, design, and branding, is owned by us.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without any guarantees of uptime, accuracy, or suitability for a specific purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

Staysignal is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your account will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of The Netherlands.
